I contacted nak for plumbing when another company found a under the slab leak. I filled out the online forum and John called me the next morning. He was able to come out a few days later and I got a confirmation with the time. The day of, he was running late and keiko called to tell me. They have an app that alerts you when they're on their way and the location (very cool) John was super informative with his recommendations and mentioned he would get me the estimate later that day. I went ahead and booked the repipe for the following week. Sandeep and Zack were my technicians. They cleaned up after they left each day and the things they moved around in my garage were placed back after the work was completed. It took 3 days. The night they finished I noticed my shower and faucets upstairs only ran lukewarm water. I contacted them via text and keiko contacted me the next day to have them come back Monday to check it out. I adjusted my water heater temp and solved the problem, I contacted them and she was able to cancel the appt they created to check it out. I will definitely use them again in the future for any plumbing needs. They are reasonably priced as well. Thank you.

I wanted to replace my old gas water heater with an electric heat pump water heater. John came to look at my house and patiently explained what features I needed, what I didn’t need, and what I should avoid. Miguel did an excellent job with the installation. I had to get an earthquake gas shutoff valve installed to comply with county regulations and Nak plumbing was recommended.
It was a wonderful experience. Miguel was on time, extremely polite, and very knowledgeable. The job was done very well and very neatly.
He gave me a demo of what to do if it needed any attention and info on who to contact if the shutoff valve is triggered.

I called 3 plumbers and Nak was the only one that actually returned my call. The gas control valve on my water heater was broken when a Pg&E serviceman tried to relight it after a gas outage. I was able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone with the Nak office, and the gas valve was replaced as promised the next day. Miguel did a great job installing a new 1-inch brass ball valve to our garden irrigation system off the main supply line to our house.He explained how was going to remove the old valve and install the new valve without using solder so as not to damage the seals on the new valve. He showed up early and completed the job quickly. I am happy with the work he did and will use Nak for any future plumbing jobs.

NAK did a great job and avoiding installation of a new gas line from the meter to the the old gas water heater, PG&E located the primary leak to be in the gas line fittings near the old gas water heater. NAK found a second leak where the gas line came into the garage and fixed that. All this was done in one day.

Replaced the shower valve, faucet and tub spout. It has been almost 2 weeks and so far, so good. Everything looks solid. However, there was missing chalking on the shower head back plate. Update 10-10-25, drywall section removed has been repaired, no leaks detected, so far so good.
