Sandeep and John were professional and easy to work with. I had a blocked kitchen sink drain in an old house. I had to put in a clean out line and now the sink works . I would recommend Nak for plumbing issues.

I contacted nak for plumbing when another company found a under the slab leak. I filled out the online forum and John called me the next morning. He was able to come out a few days later and I got a confirmation with the time. The day of, he was running late and keiko called to tell me. They have an app that alerts you when they're on their way and the location (very cool) John was super informative with his recommendations and mentioned he would get me the estimate later that day. The estimate arrived a few hrs later. I went ahead and booked the repipe for the following week. Sandeep and Zack were my technicians. They cleaned up after they left each day and the things they moved around in my garage were placed back after the work was completed. It took 3 days. The night they finished I noticed my shower and faucets upstairs only ran lukewarm water. I contacted them via text and keiko contacted me the next day to have them come back Monday to check it out. I adjusted my water heater temp and solved the problem, I contacted them and she was able to cancel the appt they created to check it out. I will definitely use them again in the future for any plumbing needs. They are reasonably priced as well. Thank you.

Good communication, very affordable compared to alternatives, high quality work

I wanted to replace my old gas water heater with an electric heat pump water heater. John came to look at my house and patiently explained what features I needed, what I didn’t need, and what I should avoid. Miguel did an excellent job with the installation. For many years I have used a large local plumbing company. Sometimes the plumber they sent would be great and sometimes not. Now my only call will be to Nak For Plumbing for prompt, high quality service at a fair price.

NAK did a great job and avoiding installation of a new gas line from the meter to the the old gas water heater, PG&E located the primary leak to be in the gas line fittings near the old gas water heater. NAK found a second leak where the gas line came into the garage and fixed that. All this was done in one day. I highly recommend them.

Nak has Fast and excellent repair of my kitchen sink faucet. Miguel the plumber gave some advise to keep the faucet longer in good running condition.

The water heater in my rental went out early evening and NAK for Plumbing came out the next day before 1:30 p.m. They were courteous, knowledgeable and had everything completed in about an hour and a half. I would highly recommend this company!

Great job! They came out, discussed the work on the drain line, then gave a prompt estimate. They got the job done quickly and professionally, and the cost was reasonable! It's all I could hope for. I'm very happy.

I had a plugged kitchen sink drain. My plunger, and 25' snake did not work. Nak came with a 50' snake that didn't work either. Came back with a 100' snake which did poke a hold in the sludge blocking the drain. Recommended that I use Liquid Plumber to finish cleaning. When I have a problem, I'll call them again.

I called about a warning light on my water heater and NAK was able to help diagnose the problem over the phone. Then to my amazement John helped locate the warranty information for my water heater, contacted the manufacturer and had them ship the parts for free!!!! The only down side was with the manufacturer shipping out the parts. But after a few days and John staying on them my parts were expedited to my house. They showed up and within 15 minutes!!!!!!!! Miguel was here and working on the problem. Miguel was polite and professional. He did his thing and within less than 30 minutes my problem of no hot water was fixed. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES because of the reasons I just wrote out. Personal, local and willing to put in extra effort without being asked. Great experience with Nak for Plumbing. From scheduling with Keiko, to the service provided from Sandeep, I was very impressed. Sandeep arrived on time to both my appointments to replace my faulty shower valve. He was polite, professional, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Miguel did a great job installing a new 1-inch brass ball valve to our garden irrigation system off the main supply line to our house.He explained how was going to remove the old valve and install the new valve without using solder so as not to damage the seals on the new valve. He showed up early and completed the job quickly. I am happy with the work he did and will use Nak for any future plumbing jobs.

I called Nak for Plumbing about some issues I was having with the water line to my washing machine. They came out the same day and replaced the valves for both the cold and hot water lines. They were very professional and friendly and explained exactly what they needed to do. In addition, they disconnected and removed my water softener that was leaking in the garage. I like to use local businesses in the Martinez area and Nak for Plumbing was an excellent find. I will definitely use them in the future.
